I was contacted by Design Group's inhouse recruiter. I had a phone interview with two guys with one being the hiring manager. About a week or two after the phone interview, I had an onsite interview with the hiring manager and a project manager.

Multiple interviews with a variety of team members. Typical HR pre-screening led to numerous interviews with nearly the entire local office, and a tour of a client's production facility. A bit lengthy and drawn out, with more personal focus than technical one.
