Multiple phases. Beginning with a getting to know you through followed up by sales assessment test. No need to study or stress over the test, just take it and hope you fit their profile for a salesperson. Taken the same test at other places and felt like I answered the same and I fit the profile for one company and not another. I feel it is based on their parameters, so you can be a very good salesperson and rate well for one employer and not this one (or vice versa). So just be honest and not try to "game" the test.
