I had a great experience during my interview. The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. He took the time to explain what he was expecting, which really helped set the right direction for our conversation. His knowledge of the subject was impressive, and rather than just asking questions, he also helped me understand how things work. It felt more like an insightful discussion than a typical interview, which I truly appreciated.

One of the key questions they asked was about how I handle engagement and retention in a structured setup. They were interested in understanding the strategies I use to keep participants active, maintain quality, and ensure smooth operations. It turned into a great discussion where they also shared their insights on best practices and what has worked well for them.

The interview was very good and smooth and entire employees and staff were friendly to handle things together and they were really good and made an effort to correct the assessments and anounce the results and feedback at proper time within the day itself instead making candidates to wait.
