Disappointment with Interview Process
I invested significant time preparing for this interview, dedicating a week to studying Google Adwords fundamentals. After completing the interview, I received no follow-up communication. When I proactively reached out a week later, I was met with silence.
Eventually, the recruiter responded with an explanation about being on vacation abroad. More frustratingly, they informed me the position was already filled. This raised several concerns:
Why proceed with my interview if other candidates were already in advanced stages of consideration?
There was no contingency for candidate communication during the recruiter's absence.
The lack of professional courtesy and timely communication was disrespectful to my time and effort.
The entire experience felt unprofessional and disheartening, leaving me with a negative impression of the company's recruitment practices.

NICE is a B2B company offering AI-powered software for call centers. Key features include:
Call recording and quality assurance
Performance analytics
Real-time agent guidance
Caller demographic insights (age, interests)
They want to launch the software in the UK, the questions are:
1. What platform should I run this campaign on?
2, What audience should I target?
3. What would be the type of messaging in the ads?
SQL, Excel and Power Bi was the requirement; which definitely matched my current skills. Other items very not that much required. Be very much hands-on on the bookish stuff for Power BI and Tableau as well

HR and the hiring team were very warm and accommodating. They were very considerate of the fact that I was a fresh grad. The offer they gave was also fairly generous.

We went through all four rounds of the interview process, and they went with an internal candidate twice. The recruiter wasn't good at communication, and that affected the experience greatly. Also, the last interview felt like a decision had already been made, as the interviewer wasn't prepared for it.
