First we have a 10 minutes phone interview asking about my personal information. The job duties will be described clearly during the interview. I was asked to introduce myself about my personality and hobbies in English. This is only a brief first round interview and I am still waiting for the second interview.
Interview with the department manager and introduce yourself. Then, they asked about your knowledge of media and advertising. Based on your interests, may ask what you recommend and how to convince them.

Extremely disappointed in the hiring process. HR informed me I would be proceeding to the second round with a presentation to work on. I submitted the presentation on time, yet my interview was delayed for 3 weeks, in which HR conveniently said the team was occupied with work. I found it extremely unprofessional that they had set a particular day for the interview, and did not even have the decency to inform me for yet another delay. My email to confirm the interview they had preemptively set for a particular day was even ignored - only to be replied after I gave HR a call. The best part - I wasn't even given the chance to present my case which I had worked on and had been preparing for the last 3 weeks as they said they had proceeded with other candidates. I have never encountered such a terrible experience before - and somewhat relieved that I won't be working here.
