The HR was very sweet. However, during the interview when asked about work-life balance, my interviewer was very blunt about how there is no work-life balance in agency life to which I disagree.

Interview was straight forward, I had all the required experience, the HR person asked if I wanted to be put forward to the next stage, I said yes, they said they would get back to me but didn’t. After 2 weeks I emailed asking for an update and the next day I received an automated rejection email. They had very obviously forgotten to let me know and sent an automated email when reminded. Very rude, impersonal interview process and tbh I feel I’ve probably dodged a bullet.

The process started off with an introduction call, followed by working on a task - case study, then it's presentation and little knowledge test based on Meta ads in the end.
