Messy, unprofessional and drawn out. 6+ interviews with various zooms and phone calls constantly being rescheduled. My final interview was more of a psych evaluation than a job interview. If the culture and internal organizational structure is anything like the interview process, hard pass.

Calm and conversational. Interviewer asked for my knowledge of Dentsu, proceeded to give a background and discovered if I was a good fit for the position. She also explained the benefits and perks of working at Dentsu.
