I recently interviewed for an Account Executive role with Dentsu. The process included an initial interview focused on my background, communication skills and interest in media. I was then invited to a second stage interview where I completed and presented a campaign brief. The interviewers were professional, welcoming and engaged throughout. They asked thoughtful follow up questions around strategy, budgeting, client management and performance measurement. Overall, the process felt organised, fair and gave a clear understanding of the role and expectations.

Two video calls and an in person interview. A presentation was required in final meeting with a brief that they provide. The management were incredible and constructive, the office was also great to see in person.
