I had a 30 minute interview with a recruiter named Hanna. The conversation was a mix of introductory discussion and a few behavioural questions. After the interview, I followed up by email about ten days later to ask for an update. I never received any response. It left a poor impression of the communication and candidate experience.
Behavioral and experience focused interview. Discussion with HR, hiring manager and director around resume, previous experience and skills. Primarily the interview revolved around discussions, questions and brain teaser. Laid back interview and let you and the company get to know one another better
