Got an email asking me to come in for an interview at their office about two months after giving them my resume at a career fair.
During the interview, I met with several mechanical engineers (at once, conference style) and later with an HR person. The HR person essentially explained everything about the company, benefits, work style etc., and asked general interview questions and went over my resume.
With the mechanical engineers, it felt like they were just trying to know me and asked me a few points on my resume and no technical questions. They explained what their jobs entailed and were basically trying to see if I would be a good fit within the department.
I got an email about 3 weeks later saying I was rejected.

Entretien
The interview was very informal, and people seemed to be very honest about their point of view. There were several interviewers, I talked to what would be my peers, lead and managers.

They went through my background, and then asked about technical questions and questions related to cultural fit. I spent a full afternoon in the process.
First was the phone interview with Human Resources. There was a technical phone interview with a senior mechanical engineer in states i.e. headquarters. Following that there was a in-person interview at Mississauga office (pre-covid).

Entretien
Met one of their recruiters/engineers at a BYU Provo Career Fair, and seemed like a cool guy so i applied to their company. Took 3 weeks to hear anything from them. Was eventually asked to come in for an interview. Was told that ill be contacted by their receptionist. Never heard back from them.
