I was not given any indication about the time frame for this interview so I scheduled out two hours of my day and arrived 10minutes early and asked for my contact person. I was escorted by my contact person to a room where a panel of four individuals introduced themselves and directed me to my seat. My contact did not remain as an interviewer. Introductions were brief, names only, no titles. All were dressed in Friday casual/week attire. Question 1: So tell us about yourself? Remaining questions were brief and performance or personality related such as "give an example of a time when you had a confrontation with a fellow employee or customer and what you did?" or "tell us about a time when you worked in a team." The interview with four individuals lasted 15minutes even with my questions for the company. I was informed that I could leave my resume, references and contact with "contact person" and that I would hear back in two to three weeks. I sent a thank you to each member of the panel and my contact person. I did not however receive a phone call three weeks later. I wish they had said, rather, that "if you are chosen as a candidate you will hear back from "contact" person in two to three weeks similarly I didn't feel that the panel really want to be conducting interviews in the first place.
