HR process, Operations round, client interaction (not in all cases). For Denave internal senior roles, it is the leadership team that does the interview. IN the project related hiring, client interaction is also included which is the final round. After this the negotiation process starts

Entretien
It was very detailed. The interview happened with the HR spoc, then with the department head. Complete background check was also done. People were supportive in terms of flexible joining date.
