- There is no formal interview. If they need you, they will hire you and vice versa. - I got a call and they actually did not take any interview. Just described my role and responsibilities and verified my suitability for the requirements. - After telephonic screening, they took a Skype interview which was not so tough. - After that they called me to the office and released my offer letter. - After selection they called me at Microsoft office (as it was Microsoft project) and evaluated me again. Don't know what could happen if I failed in Microsoft evaluation.
