Was approached by Dematic Recruiter for an opening in their project management team. I had several rounds of interviews. The process was lengthy and ended up with an apology auto-email after all the invested time and efforts.

Very slow process. Did not communicate the result for almost a month. No clear feedback. The recruiter was very unresponsive and did not answer follow up emails. Can be better
Panel interview, pretty reasonable questions. They are focused on travel with this particular role. PM's in the field travel a lot it looks like. I suspect I wasn't offered a position due to this.

What experience do you have with customer facing projects?
Phone interview with recruiter. Panel interview with managers. Both managers showed up late to meeting and spent first 5 minutes reviewing resume. One commented "I'm struggling to see how your experience lines up with the role". Unprofessional and waste of my time.
