Thanks for sharing your story, cause that's indeed not how that should've gone. First of all, I'd like to personally apologise if I seemed disinterested. That was certainly not the case, but I know it can come across that way when I'm on my phone. Just to clarify: I was using it check your application on the Workable app (the tool we use for sourcing candidates) as the call was being done on my laptop with a colleague next to me, so I couldn't use it. I should've thought a bit more how that might have looked, so my sincere apologies once again.
Regarding the screenshot, I'm not sure what that could relate to as I honestly never take screenshots of the screen of a call, so I'm a bit puzzled as to what this might have been. Then lastly, I also want to say sorry that you never heard back from us. I'm going to chase down why we never got in touch again, we should've at least let you know we've filled the position in the meanwhile.
Either way, your frustration is 100% valid and we're taking notes as you can see to improve this process as this is clearly an example how it should not be done. I do wish you the best in you further career and personal life.
