Mentioned in previous posts the interview was exactly how they mentioned. They break you up in the 3 groups..etc. l did not get a CJO that day and felt very discouraged. As much as I wanted the position ..I think I can answer why I didn't.
I didn't follow their instructions.
I really don't think they are hiring based on your personality because if that was the case they ask you questions about who you are. They want you to answer the STAR questions exactly like they tell you. Don't go on tangents...and listen to the questions they ask you. My last question was totally bombed and I knew it by the expressions they had on their face. I even knew they weren't offering me a CJO based on the comment she said at the end of my interview 2:1 "good luck to you in your future".
There are people in the interview(your components)that you think "why the heck didn't they get hired" as you get on the loser bus essentially after they have called out 10 names of the people who got CJO's. I was floored by this.
I was really in shock the people they chose..some but not all. But..reading the blogs and the ones who got the offer I came to my decision that they just want you to do what they say. If they give you a b c..don't add a "d".
Dress the part...look professional..but don't worry about being the funniest..or the most outgoing person. Introduce yourself...know STAR..ask some questions but follow the directions.
The times I was being outgoing and talking to the FA and recruiters I was cut off lol. They didn't really care to talk to me. At least to me lol.
