J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) en sept. 2015

      Entretien

      (1) Submitted an application, of course :-) (2) Video (3) Phone call--this wasn't an interview. It's just asking if you will comply with their guidelines & an invitation to the F2F. (4) F2F--The F2F was "okay". It was kinda weird and a very different experience for me. They put you in a room with other applicants, flight attendants, and HR. I'm an outgoing person, nice, friendly, worked with all kinds of people, & been in customer service all my working-life, etc. etc. but some of the people seemed cold, not very open, or fake.. this including the flight attendants, HR, and other applicants. Some, not all, some people were genuine & friendly. I met applicants that were currently flight attendants with other companies or that had interviewed with Delta multiple times. I also noticed during the F2F that you're competing with other bilingual or even trilingual applicants. Some of the flight attendants & HR just stood on the wall waiting for you to suck up to them. I felt like they were noticeably judging your every move. Idk. I really love Delta but this kinda gave me a bad vibe. Maybe because my interview was at 7:30 on a Monday morning and people hate Monday's? Lol. Idk, They split us into groups, A & B (There's usually a group C but they said there weren't enough applicants for a 3rd group that day). Group A interviewed first and Group B went into another room. In the other room, we had to introduce ourselves. We had to state our name, where we were from, our current job title, and what languages we spoke (even if it was only English). After everyone went through the intro's, a Delta HR person talked about training, working at Delta, the pay, the hours, uniforms, etc. During the F2F, you interview in a very small room with an HR person and a flight attendant. People suggest that you study the company which I did (like, I swear you can ask me anything about Delta Air Lines) but they only ask situation-type customer service questions during the video & F2F interviews. They don't ask anything about yourself personally or what you know about Delta. I posted the F2F questions that I was asked; They asked 6 F2F questions but Glassdoor will only let me post 5. (Question 6-Describe a time when someone asked you to do something unethical.) Also, during the F2F, you have to do a "physical" during which they take your pic, you do a reach test, make sure you can buckle the seat belt without struggle, and ask if you have any tattoos. During the phone interview, they state that you can't have tattoos above your collarbone or on your wrists/hands. So when she asked if I had any tattoos, I was honest about my foot tattoo. I know someone that is a Delta flight attendant and she said that Delta HR actually frowns upon ANY tattoos. Although my foot tattoo wasn't visible, she said that being honest about it probably disqualified me at the interview. At the end of the day, they will call a list of names & state that "we need more information from these people. Everyone else will receive an email advising if you got the job". I really wish they would change this process because 10 times out of 10, if they don't call your name at the end, you won't receive a CJO. I received the TBNT email about 1 week later. If your name doesn't get called, they put you on a shuttle that takes you back to your hotel or another shuttle that takes you to the airport. FYI: If you have to be flown in for the F2F, your flight is paid by Delta (includes checked luggage). If you're flown in the night before, you have to pay for your hotel and the hotel will give you a discount since you're only there for the interview. I stayed at Sheraton and paid about $93.00 (includes discount & taxes). My interview was at 7:30am and it was over by about 12:00pm. My flight was scheduled to leave at 4:30pm but I was able to change my flight and get on a plane that left at 1:30pm, so I wouldn't be stuck at the airport all day (Changing my flight time was also paid by Delta). Anyway, I hope this was enough information for anyone else applying. I tried to be honest and not repeat the same information that other posts already state. Now that I know what to expect, I will definitely apply again. Happy Interviewing ! :-)

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
