I was invited for an onsite interview following the recruiter's (correspondence/phone interview). I was asked to give a 10 minute presentation and participated in a round robin interview with other team members. I was dissappointed on how the follow up was handled. I was contacted by the hiring manager via email and with a confirmed phone call making me aware that I was a finalist and invited back for a 2nd interview. One day later, the manager cancelled the interview and made me aware that there were stronger candidates. One of their core values is integrity (keeping your word), as I was utterly baffled, angry, and dissappointed that they scheduled and confirmed the interview with me, only to "take it back." I think their integrity would have given me the opportunity to interview despite what happened internally. Needless to say, they prematurely scheduled my interview. While I admire Delta, I was dissappointed in my experience.
