Absolutely the fakest interview I ever been a part of. Like, the worst interview I have been a part of and very inhumane how they treat people who did not get the job. The process is very simple. The first 3 hours you are placed either in Group A or B. Depending on your group you will either do the 1:1 first or the group activity. The 1:1 is simple. It’s the group activity that is straight horse poop. The group activity is you building a cart. Ignore what everyone says about collaboration. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THAT. the person who was in my group and received a cjo was super bossy, not collaborative, and combative. I will also note that she knew exactly where everything went on the cart with no direction needed. I believe she was a former FA or has been to the F2F multiple times. After you are done with both parts they take you to a presentation to basically make it seem like you got the job and also scare you away from the job. Afterwards everyone is dismissed by zones. If they take you to the van, you not getting a call back. No matter what they say. You are not getting hired. You have to be the last group to get the cjo. We had like 5 people left.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
