Applied online with no personal connections or references, started with a phone screening from HR then virtual HireVue interview. From there, I had a panel interview via Teams then in-person with two leaders.

Why I wanted to work for the company, how I learn about new trends, etc. Interview was VERY conversational, so the STAR method wasn't used a ton.
