Straightforward process in general and nothing complicated. Standard leadership questions and scenario based questions. 2 sets of interviews with 4 different people. Took 2 hours total, 3 people in the first set and the hiring manager as the second interview for the day

The general interview process is almost always behavioral. It's a STAR format: situation, task, action and result. The interviewers want to know how you think and whether you would be a good fit for a particular team.

Entretien
Recreuiters don't do prescreens so lack of clarity in pay structure. They don't share pay and are very closed about it. Recruiter emails were a mess, they had places that said <insert title here> and i wasn't filled out. When contacted recruiters for questions they'd reply back and ask what job I was talking about. It was a really messy recruiting experience. The hiring manager was fantastic but unfortunately, it just didn't align with my life. Delta also requires almost all management roles to be in Atlanta. Being an airline - seems odd that you can't live wherever.
