J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) en févr. 2015
Entretien
I was contacted for a phone screening after submitting my application online. The recruiter asked basic behavioral questions and then sent me an assessment to take online.
After the assessment, I was flown out to Georgia to do an interview. I checked in in the morning at the Delta headquarters and after the applicants all arrived, we put our passport and resume in a packet for HR to consider, then walked into a room with a lot of flight attendants standing around. The expectation is for you to go speak with them. After a brief period of chatting, they called the group to order and did a dance to Taylor Swift's Shake It Off.
The room was split into two groups (we had less applicants). I was in the first group and did my interview with two people first. They are very focused on writing your response down and don't make eye contact often. These are more in depth situational questions read off a packet of paper.
After the interview, I went out, spoke with HR about my resume and passport, then got fitted for the jump seat and did a reach test. Then we went into a room and learned about benefits and training. We all also had to introduce ourselves in a specific way, while several senior flight attendants listened.
After that, the whole group reconvened, and they asked two girls to stay behind and the rest could leave. Those two received job offers and the rest of us were told we would be notified by the end of the week.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
