Only made it to the virtual job tryout. Very obvious from the get go they are looking for people who are company “yes men/women”. I applied on a whim to test the process and answered questions in the first assessment that were very pro company. In the job l tryout, I answered questions more honestly and real world. Very interesting to see what they will turn out down for. Be prepared to answer questions that are pro company and senior management.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
