First you do the application then you get the video interview which last about 30 mins, with 5/6 questions about situation based work related questions, then you get a email stating you'll get a phone call in 7-10 business days, I got mine the very next morning ( private number ) , the lady pretty much went over the uniforms and asked about tattoos and wanted my passport info, then she told me I was going to be flown to Atlanta and to be checking my email for times and dates, that email came the very next day, which was a Friday, I flew out Monday night and my interview was at 7:30am Tuesday morning. It was only about 20 of us and 10 people got picked, all Caucasian , one male and the rest skinny women with shy personalities. Everyone that didn't get picked were minority and had meat on their bones, if that makes sense. As others have states they picked the people at the end and said we would get an email with their decision, instead of just saying we didn't get the job they made it seem like we still had hope, two days later I received my email stating they already found people. It was honestly a waste of time, I feel as if Delta knew what they were looking for and they knew what everyone looked like before flying everyone there.
