Online interview, not face to face but an interview that asked you pre-recorded questions and you must respond in an alloted time. There are only a few questions but you have to think of every situation because you will definitely get thrown a couple curveballs! The questions aren't difficult though, just make sure your prepared to the run of the mill basic questions on experience and customer service and your interview will go just fine. Its a online interview so make sure you dress as if it were any other interview situation, make sure you have good posture and lighting, nothing messy in your area because that will hinder your interview if there are distractions wherever you are having you interview. If yoi have a mike thay2 is helpful if not just adjust to the sound to make sure you are heard, there are practice questions so you will have plenty of time to do that.
