After completing the online application in November. I received a call in January, I missed it and then had to call back. When I called back a lady interviewed me over the phone it took over 20 minutes to complete. I was then put on hold after she was done, she then told me that she was going to go ahead and move forward with my application and that another recruiter will be contacting me. The following week I received a email stating that I was not selected and to check for future positions. This was a big let down, I wouldn't get your hopes up until you are actually on the job working. There are some huge issues with delta hiring process.

What is something that you will dislike about the job?
Very straight forward, to the point. No beating around the bush, and were very interested in gauging your abilities to be able to perform in the conditions required by the operation and company.

It went well the interview process was easy and quick.. they will send you a follow up email letting you know that you’re invited to the second part of the interview.. which is basically telling them about yourself

I applied and got a phone Interview two days later which came down to tomorrow date so I'm crossing my fingers and hopefully things go great.Ill be letting you know how everything play out after tomorrow
