I applied online, and received an invitation to complete a video interview. I was given 3 days to complete the interview in order to move forward with the process. I was given 5 questions and 2-3 minutes to answer. I decided to use my iphone and forgot to place my phone on "do not disturb" a phone call came through while i was answering the 2nd questions, i declined the call but was unable to complete my answer! :( all in all i feel ok with the video if its meant to be it shall be!!

the questions about working with difficult co workers or seeing a co worker being dishonest kind of threw me for a loop, luckily I don't have much experience on this matter

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
