Applied online but did not hear back. Met recruiters on career fair and was able to secure an interview the same day. One on one interview with a hiring manager. Short walk through my resume followed by behavioral questions around leadership and team work. People there seemed genuinely happy. Both recruiters and hiring managers made me feel very comfortable and were very good with follow up. I heard back about an offer less than a week after interview.
