You introduce yourself, they go over a powerpoint and then we all get called for an 1 on 1 interview and answer questions in STAR format. Its about 6 questions and then your free to go home

Long but organised. The hiring event is a mass event although there is a step in the process which does involve a one on one interview. They also conduct the drug test and a physical aptitude test during the same hiring event.

Conducted at a hotel near the airport. We check in and presenters teach us about the company and about the job. We then get taken to do one on one interviews and get hired on the spot. Really nice interviewers!
