J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) en sept. 2014
Entretien
Everything you have read in the blogs is true, BUT do not show up to the interview like you have read them all.
1st: apply then assessment
2nd: Phone Screening
3rd: Video interview
4th: invite to f2f
I was invited to Atlanta and there were about 60 people there. Everyone one was dressed the same. DO NOT show up with pearls or all navy suit or every other thing you have been reading on the blogs. The people who got CJO's were the ones who were dressed completely different from everyone else. Yes be professional, but you must be yourself as well.
There are groups A, B, C and you rotate. One group goes to the one on one, one group goes to the Deltatorium to learn about the job and benefits, and the other group goes to the "fire side chat"/ Q&A. During the Q&A you are pulled 2X2 to get the sit and reach, photo and HR papers done. Part of the Q&A you pull cards out of a fish bowl, mine said "define uniform compliance". You also get up introduce yourself and say where you would go if you had a first class ticket anywhere and could only take one person.
Overall it was a pretty fun and positive experience, I just wish I wouldn't have spent so much time paying attention to the blogs because it was actually quite different than I thought.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
