The HR team at Delta reached out with clear instructions on how to login to the video interview. The interview was 1 hour, as they promised. The questions were pertinent to the job I was interviewing for and the interviewees were great.

Haphazardly went from phone screen to in-person interview without explanation by the internal Delta Recruiter. The interview seemed to go well, but then there was just radio silence for months. I then received a follow-up email rejection. Given the time investment, I would have preferred a phone call rejection. This was not a good candidate experience.
