Applied online in April. Got a phone screen about two weeks later. Then radio silence until mid June. Another shorter phone screen was followed by an invitation to interview face to face. There were about 10 of us and after a short orientation, they took us back one at a time for brief, straightforward interviews. Honestly I think they were serving personality more than anything else.

Entretien
The interview process was very straightforward. We had a hiring day event in SA, they talked to us as a group and then we went off into one on one interviews. Once we cleared that portion, we were sent to do a physical ability test as well as a drug test. I was offered a CJO that day and then I heard back within 2 weeks after the event that everything was cleared, like background check and drug test.
