Took 7 years of applying every year until I finally got a call. The interview lasted about 6 hours. A group of about 30 people were in the lobby. They brought us back one by one and the ones that were rejected went home, the ones that were good enough go to sit in a smaller lobby. They drug tested us right away and it was another 2 weeks until we started. It was a month before the first paycheck rolled in.

Computer interiview that lasted 15min. There were only 5 questions. It felt weird talking to a computer but they do give you 30 seconds of prep time before you have to answer.
