Basic things about industry. Is safety important? Had to pick up a modestly heavy box. There was a phone screen, a fairly thorough background (they called an old employer) , and a drug test.

Long but organised. The hiring event is a mass event although there is a step in the process which does involve a one on one interview. They also conduct the drug test and a physical aptitude test during the same hiring event.

Conducted at a hotel near the airport. We check in and presenters teach us about the company and about the job. We then get taken to do one on one interviews and get hired on the spot. Really nice interviewers!
