will you go on line and fill out for the postion, after that you wait . Then a man will call you and ask you a few questions . Then after you pas that phone interview. You go back on line and pass another test . It might take you about 30 mins to get done. Then you wait , they will call you for a in person interview which will take about 40 mins. Then you go take a drug test , a fitness test and hearing test. Then they train you for 1 month before you go on the ramp.

Long but organised. The hiring event is a mass event although there is a step in the process which does involve a one on one interview. They also conduct the drug test and a physical aptitude test during the same hiring event.

Conducted at a hotel near the airport. We check in and presenters teach us about the company and about the job. We then get taken to do one on one interviews and get hired on the spot. Really nice interviewers!

Interview will take about 4-5 hour. You will meet with delta team and after 1on1 in person interview. There will be 4 or 5 questions and you will have to answers in a STAR method.
