Applied online with an employee referral and got a call for a phone interview about a month later. A week after phone interview I received an email to call and schedule a face to face interview. Face to face interview was at 730a and lasted until about 1pm where 5 of us (out of 40) received job offers. On-site we had to do fingerprinting and get a drug test done within 48 hours. Even though my interview was on Friday they expected you to find a place that was open on Saturday and get it done to meet the 48-hour deadline.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
