J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delta Air Lines en oct. 2017
Entretien
Hello there,
Here is how the whole process went for me, it was actually pretty fast.
October 18th: Submitted my online applicaiton
October 19th: Received Video Interview email invitation
October 21st: Submitted my completed video interview
October 27th: Received Phone Interview email invitation
October 31th: Completed Phone Invterview at 8:45 am
October 31th: Received congratulation letter for Atlanta at 9:20 am
The lady on the phone was very very nice and kind of told me that I was going to go to Atlanta before the face to face interview.
All the questions she asked me were on this website, there is no surprise if you take the time to read some of people's testimonies about their interview process as well as their recommendations. If you have a strong experience working in customer service you will be able to answer all the questions, the answers will just come naturally.
I personally am a Registered Dental Hygienist and before that was a nanny for a long time and it definitely was in my favor.
I am from LA so if anyone is going to ATL also, feel free to let me know. Good luck to all of you and just be yourself!
Cheers!

The process has four different steps. First you send in your resume and wait to be called to the next step. From there you complete prerecorded assessment video, then a live video interview, and finally an in-person interview at the headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia

I applied on line and was invited to do VI. 2 days after submitted, I was invited to do online assessment test. Some of the questions for online assessment test were very confusing.

It was straight forward and a nice experience. I applied online, did my initial assessment, then a recorded video introduction, then I did a phone interview to assess my additional language skills and a few days ago I received my invitation to the f2f. The whole process took about 2 months. If you do your research about the company and what will be expected from a flight attendant you´ll be fine! Just relax and have fun. I´ll be in Atlanta for the bilingual f2f interview on October 11. If anyone else is going the same day, let´s connect!
