Applied online, was contacted for an online assessment a few days later. Shortly after the assessment I was asked to participate in the virtual interview. Because most of the questions were posted in this forum, I knew exactly what to expect. About 10 days later I was invited to the F2F interview. It is important to answer the invitation immediately, as the F2F interview spots are first come, first serve. I responded in less than 30 minutes and was scheduled for an interview 2 weeks later. The following week I received a call that they would no longer be able to see me for the F2F on that date. My heart sank, but they offered to look to see if there were any other spots available on a different day. Surprisingly, they had a spot open one day earlier, which I took. I am not sure exactly what happened for this to occur, as it seemed that the original date was going to have many different interviews going on all day, but I am just glad that I am able to attend at a different time, and I hope that it does not effect my chances of earning the position. Have any of you had this happen before? I will update after the interview.

I applied for both positions for CSA ready reserve and Flight attendant. I applied for both around the same time but I moved much quicker through the interview process with the CSA position, within 3 days I received an email to submit a VI. Then a week later or so I received an email to attend a F2F interview!! I am the most nerve racking person I know so if I was able to get through this process anyone can. I attended the F2F and received a CJO on the spot!!! I had my fingerprints taken the same day then had 48 hours to do my drug test and agility test. No I am just waiting for my background check to clear and I'm off to training!

Applied online w/ assessment and application. Got invited for a video interview, and then I got a call for a F2F. There were about 30 of us and they split us up in half. The first half got interviewed right away. I was in the 2nd half, and we stayed at a different room and they had us watch videos about the company (above/below wing). It helped that i was in the 2nd group to calm my nerves. I felt pretty good about my interview! They all had us go back to the room where we watched the videos, and they told us that they would contact us before Monday (Interview was on a Friday). I got a call 4 hrs later on the interview day with a conditional job offer, and to come back in on Monday for badging, drug test, background check, agility test, and some paperwork. Badging took FOREVER. But that was obviously out of Delta's control. Be prepared for the interview questions and agility test. Most interview questions are already listed on here from other people. Be prepared to do some lifting and wear comfortable clothing for the agility test! I'm just now waiting to hear back from Delta about all the tests and i can go through SIDA. And off to actual training! Great company, and great hiring process! Also, i can't say this for all stations, but just be yourself! The interviewers want you to do well!
