I put application on online and next day I got email and say they gonna take m eto next step. I got call form recruiter next day I got email. They asked me 7-8 question about situation question. End of that call recruiter told me I did well and they told me to do online application and next day they called me for the second phone interview.

It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.

Entretien
Very straightforward interview process was not yet in person but doing an on demand video interview. Process was easy to follow and my nerves calmed down once I got into a flow it was only 5 questions that were past experience based.
