My face-to-face interview lasted at least 5 hours. I arrived early and spent about an hour in the waiting room. Then you spend some time being sorted into groups, given name tags, and they ask voluntary questions about hobbies. I recommend raising your hand and volunteering to answer first. You’ll be individually asked in order to stand up and answer 4 questions; your name, where you’re from, your occupation, and what languages you speak fluently. DO NOT SAY MORE than exactly what is being asked. Answer this as concisely as possible and don’t add extra information. Then 3 group will either mingle, do a group activity, or the 1-on-1. Have good posture, be calm, and prepare to answer questions about every single job history. Be able to answer at least 10 star questions. You may be asked to role play with the interviewer.
