Several steps including telephone screening, aptitude tests, online competency test about high level analyst skills and group interview, and a final interview. Quite a time consuming and involved process. For the online group interview, we had to work in teams with 2-3 other applicants to solve a consulting scenario of a technical business problem and give a presentation of recommendations to the interviewer and answer questions about our choices.
