El proceso de entrevista fue claro, organizado y profesional desde el inicio. Primero tuve una llamada con el área de Recursos Humanos para conocer mi perfil, experiencia y motivación. Posteriormente realicé una entrevista técnica con el responsable del área, donde evaluaron mis conocimientos y habilidades prácticas. Finalmente, tuve una entrevista centrada en el encaje cultural y las expectativas del puesto.

Long process but good communication from the team. Started with call form TA, then a conversation with a senior member of staff, a group case day, and a final day of interviews.
Applied via linkedin, after a month or so received a call asking few questions to know about us. Once they are satisfied with the answers, hr team will contact with a tentative date. I missed that call and interview date has been scheduled with the help of chatbot. Got rescheduled couple of times but I dont know the reason. Online interview via zoom with 2 interviewers. Process was smooth and difficulty level is medium. Though they advertised for business analyst their focus is mainly on consultant.

O processo contém 2 etapas: uma entrevista com gestores mais técnica, e uma entrevista com sócio mais comportamental. Foi um processo super rápido e foi finalizado em torno de 3 semanas.
