I just had one round of interview, it went very smoothly. They asked normal situational questions and inquired about my level of understanding of python, PowerBI and other data analysis experiences.

Overall great experience. After being referred by a friend HR contacted me and scheduled an interview over the phone. Went very well, the recruiter was very smart and gentle. A week after was called for 2nd interview with the direct manager. Interview went very well, it was all about validating skills and give insights about the job. Less than 2 weeks I was scheduled for a 3rd round with the VP. Was general discussion but I stressed out and I dont know why and I usually DONT. Maybe because he was very senior I dont know. About 3 weeks later HR called me to tell me they went with another candidate. Dell is a great working environment and very VERY professional people. I wish I can join the team one day. Many thanks to the recruiter who was very supportive through out the who process and also took the time to inform me about the final decision and gave me feedback.
