Recruiter was really nice and helped me to prepare 15 minute screening. Then an hour screening. Amazing turnaround time for dell from when I put in my application. I think what I need to do in the future is write down the questions and have notes in front of me that I glance at. All behavioral.

Name a time you were empathetic to someone going through a tough time. Name a time where someone did that to you. Name a time you used feedback to grow. Name a time you used data and connected it to shareholders to achieve an outcome. Talk about a time you juggled multiple priorities. Name a time you collaborated cross functionally, what did you achieve and how did you achieve it?
