Smooth with good interaction of internal/in-house recruiters. 3-4 stages including the initial hiring manager interview. The higher it gets into the recruitment process the more senior people will meet. In house recruiters very helpful.

Very polite and responsible Dell recruiters. Very professional handling of the interview process with many feedbacks. Lengthy interview process, over a couple of months with many technical and competency questions.
