This was a phone screening interview - the first stage in interview process. I was told that if I passed this stage than I would be called in for a face to face interview. I will know within a week if I have an opportunity to progress.

The interview I had was mostly behavioral, this was for an internship. Most of the questions were based on their core values, so prepare according to that. I had a hard time since I was not good with interviews in general.
