It has three fold. People who qualify through writing and group discussion only go for the final round. We had to undego a writing test and then a group discussion round and then finally a personal HR round.

1) Writing round - this was hard 2) Technical Panel 3) Managerial Round They treated me really well and made me comfortable to give the interview, very positive experience. I'm still awaiting the offer actually but since glassdoor wants me to give a review, i'm posting it lol.
