A 10 minutes discussion with HR followed by a technical and managerial round interviews. Panel always has minimum of 2 members. Managerial round mostly tested my patience for more than an hour. It was a good experience.

The whole process was smooth:
1. First interaction on call to know about the background
2. 1-1 with lead and manager
3. technical round consisted of questions from the resume and the skills mentioned
