Very casual set of interviews over 4 hours with engineers, managers and directors. Good range of topics from technical to soft skills. Dell is an awesome company to work for. Great people and a wide variety of opportunities for anyone to move around if that's your goal. The interview process was very good and they offered several positions and asked questions to find out the best fit for me.
