tell me about a time when you had to solve a very difficult problem and what steps did you take to do so.
On campus interview via career fair, mostly behavioral interview. Interviewer was professional and personable. Technical questions were to be expected in Finance and accounting roles and not too challenging. Provided feedback upon interview as well.
Good, asked a mix of soft skills/leadership combined with technical stuff. I’m just filling this out so I can use the website cause for some reason it’s not letting me. Have a good day

Entretien
The interview process consisted of two rounds of interviews. Both of the rounds were mostly behavioral questions. They place a strong emphasis on the "Why Dell?" question so make sure to prepare for that.
